3. Shell sand casting process

Small size and mass production with high precision dimension.

Good surface quality and mechanical properties.

The cleaning work is convenient and rate of spoiled products is low.

The cost of products and patter is higher.

4. Silica sol precision casting

A variety of cast steel parts, high melting point alloy and small size complex precision castings, special for casting art and precision mechanical parts.

In actual using, According to the drawings, customer’s requirement and the cost needing, we usuall use different various casting process in the same casting pars.
