42CrMo steel is ultra high strength steel, with high strength and toughness. After quenching and tempering treatment, it has high fatigue limit,
repeated impact resistance ability and good low-temperature impact toughness.

It is equivalent to international standards organization brand: 42CrMo4; Japan brand: JIS SCM440; German brand: 4242CrMo4 or DIN1.7225;
approximate AISI4140 or G41400.
